The award, presented by ProEx Chief Operating Officer Mike Severo during the company’s annual Winter Gala event, was established this year to recognize employees who best exemplify the spirit of being people focused, a core value honored by the entire ProEx team of professionals.

Trowbridge, an integral member of the MCPT Physical Therapy clinic in Conway and Head Athletic Trainer at Kennett High School in North Conway was recognized as the first recipient of the “People Focused” award based on his “dedication and people focused behaviors within his region and willingness to help across other regions,” according to Severo.

“Andy possesses great personal qualities; he is thoughtful, responsive and helpful and always goes the extra mile for patients, colleagues and acquaintances,” said Severo.  “He not only agrees to be helpful, he asks how he can be helpful, consistently anticipating needs and offering solutions.”
