ProEx Physical Therapy Participates in SUSC Training Camp

ProEx Physical Therapy participated in the Seacoast United Soccer Club's popular Training Academy which was held at Berwick Academy in South Berwick, ME. The coed program was broken down into two 4-day camps (July 12-15 and July 19-22). The staff at ProEx, namely Tom Duxbury, Matt Watson, and Elise Tebbetts, engaged for two hours each day with strength and conditioning drills. The motivated campers, whose ages ranged from 7-16 years old, worked on agility, speed, strength, balance and coordination through a series of drills and games. Campers also concentrated some time on stretching and increasing flexibility.

ProEx was excited to be a part of this premier camp as it brings together talented and highly motivated athletes who want to improve their game. "The opportunity to work with the top-notch, young athletes at Seacoast United was great. Their dedication and commitment to excellence is parallel to our philosophy at ProEx. I only hope that they had as much fun as we did," said Tom Duxbury, DPT, CSCS.
