ProEx Gets Ready for Reach the Beach Relay

ProEx is excited to announce our participation in the 2010 Reach the Beach (RTB) relay race on Friday, September 17th.

RTB is the longest distance running relay race in the United States, covering just over 200 miles and completed within a 24 hour period.  Each team is made up of a maximum of 12 members, and each member runs 3 legs of varying lengths and difficulty.  The team members rotate in a set order until they complete the race, averaging about 16.5 miles each.

Beautiful Cannon Mountain in Franconia, NH is where it all begins.  From there, the picturesque course takes the runners through the White Mountains of New Hampshire where they will have spectacular views of the mountains, lakes and fields until they reach their destination...the Atlantic Ocean!  By the time they reach the finish line, at Hampton Beach State Park in Hampton, NH, they will have seen it all as only New England can offer!

Team ProEx is proud to be a part of such an exciting event as well as one that supports such organizations as the New Hampshire State Parks, City Year of New Hampshire, the Hampton Rotary Club, and the Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC), which is the race's official environmental charity.

In addition, this year's RTB teams have raised over $103,000 for the MA/NH Alzheimer's Foundation and the Lustgarten Foundation!  Team ProEx consists of 12 members, including 3 ProEx employees: Corey Mastin, Jess McManus and Dan Thomas.  Join us as we welcome Team ProEx across the finish line on September 18th at Hampton Beach State Park.
