Our own Matt McManus and BU's Lee Marinko Present Case Study at AAOMPT Conference

MattLee_poster_pic1.jpgLast week, Matt McManus, PT and Regional Clinical Director at ProEx, and Lee Marinko, PT and Clinical Assistant Professor at Boston University, attended the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT) 2013 Conference in Cincinnati, Ohio. This year's conference was titled Manual Physical Therapy: Balancing the 3 Pillars of Evidence Based Practice (EBP) where presentations explored the role of 1) patient's values and perspectives, 2) development of clinical expertise and skills, and 3) the role of relevant research. Matt and Lee submitted, and it was accepted, a case study on non-operative management of an Achilles’ tendon rupture. On Friday evening at the conference, they presented this case to their fellow manual therapy colleagues and attendees.
