Jess Suggests that adding in small amounts of movement to your day can fix a lot of your pain and fatigue. Taking care of yourself by getting better quality sleep, nutrition & management of stress can also boost your mood and self-efficacy, further decreasing your fatigue and pain. Our bodies are hard-wired to love movement. It might seem counterintuitive that moving more will make you less tired. Mindfully, adding-in movement that works for your body might just be the simple fix you need!
