“Pre-hab” is a scientifically proven method to avoid injuries that occur during daily life and athletic activities. Repetitive motions can cause injuries including muscle tightness, muscle imbalances, and decreased stability and proprioception (balance).
At ProEx, your individualized Injury Prevention Program will focus on correcting weaknesses and imbalances assessed in your initial evaluation with the goals of injury prevention and increased performance in your workplace or sport setting. Throughout your program, our staff will work on strengthening and conditioning your most vulnerable areas. Your program will be continually progressed in order to provide a consistent challenge both mentally and physically.
