The Springfield MA ProEx Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine clinic is a state of the art 2400 sq ft facility established in 2008. This clinic currently operates with two physical therapists, two exercise technicians and additional support staff.

The Springfield MA clinic is located in the back side of the former Basketball Hall of Fame building next to LA Fitness. Take Exit 6 off of Route 91 and follow the signs for the Hall of Fame. There is preferred parking and handicap parking in the small lot outside of our entrance. There is also ample parking in the Visitor Information Center adjacent to our facility
Tina McDonald, MS, PT received her masters degree in Physical Therapy from American International College in Springfield, MA in 2003. Tina is licensed in the state of Massachusetts and Connecticut. Tina is currently a member of the Orthopedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association with primary interests in Sports and Orthopedic injuries and injury prevention. She is in the process of pursuing a certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Tina believes that patient education is vital to recovery and gives patients the tools to prevent future injury. While offering her expertise in exercise prescription and manual therapy, she maintains a fun and relaxing environment.
Colleen received her Bachelor of Sports Medicine from Westfield State College and her Master of Physical Therapy from AIC in Springfield, MA. She belongs to the APTA, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, American College of Sports Medicine and New England College of Sports Medicine. Colleen is a firm believer in patient advocacy, community involvement, and public speaking on the prevention of illness and injury across the lifespan. She plans to join the DPT program at Temple University in September 2010. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys all that New England has to offer: hiking, camping, canoeing, horseback riding and snowshoeing to list a few. She also enjoys traveling, theater, music and spending time with family and friends.
Brian Wentworth is a physical therapist who grew up in Methuen, MA and now he lives in Farmington, CT with his wife Kristen. Brian graduated from Methuen High School and then went to Northeastern where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He is now finishing up at Boston University’s Fellowship of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. As of now Brian is splitting time between ProEx Farmington and ProEx Springfield. When Brian isn’t working his hobbies include spending time with his wife and family, running, golfing, hiking, going to the Cape, and watching sports. Brian’s biggest accomplishment will be finishing up his fellowship and shaping his life with his wife. One cool fact about Brian is he enjoys cooking and he has treated in nine ProEx clinics. Brian also does volunteer work for his best friend’s foundation, The Tyler Weymouth Memorial Foundation, where he tries to raise awareness about sunscreen and the dangers of Melanoma. Also Brian’s favorite part about working for ProEx is the family atmosphere with the staff and patients, as well as the constant drive to be the best and well educated therapist in the country. In ten years Brian sees himself teaching at a university or in a business management role of PT. Brian also loves that he gets to work with his wife, Kristen Wentworth.
Roger St. Onge is a graduate of American International College's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program and is currently furthering his knowledge through post-Doctoral studies at both the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy and the Boston University Orthopedic Manual Therapy Fellowship. From 2007-2011 Roger was enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Sergeant. From there he became partial owner of CrossFit Iron Will, competeting in the North-East at the Regional level for three consecutive years, before transitioning to ProEx as a full time Pysical Therapist. His hobbies include weightlifting, hiking, snowboarding, mountain biking, and all kinds of outdoor adventure.
Brianna leads the athletic training and injury management program at Springfield Technical Community College and provide onsite assessment and treatment in the event of an injury. In addition to her duties as athletic trainer, she will act as an exercise technician in the Springfield clinic. Currently, she also remains as Head Athletic Trainer at Bay Path University. Brianna, who is fluent in Spanish, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Springfield College. Brianna lives in Springfield, Massachusetts and is a yoga enthusiast.
Michael is currently an Exercise Technician in the Springfield location. In this role, he instructs, motivates, safeguards and assists patients with their therapeutic exercise programs. Micahel received a degree in Health Sciences from American International College and prior to joining ProEx was a piano instructor with Falcetti Music. Originally from Hampden, Massachusetts, he now lives in Ludlow where in his spare time he enjoys powerlifting, music, hiking, reading and horticulture. He has been proficient at piano for the past 20 years and has taught the instrument for a decade. His volunteer endeavors include participation in the APTA FUNfitness program during the 2011 and 2015 Special Olympics.
Nedalit is as an Exercise Technician in the Springfield location. In this role, Nedalit, instructs, motivates, safeguards and assists patients with their therapeutic exercise programs. Fluent in Spanish, she will also serve as Front Desk Translator. Prior to joining ProEx, Nedalit was a Front Desk Specialist and Receptionist with Gandara Mental Health. She attended a business/technical college and received secretarial certification while living in her homeland of Puerto Rico. Nedalit makes her home in Springfield with her husband and children. In her spare time she enjoys softball and volleyball.
Idialit works as a as an Exercise Technician and Front Desk Specialist in the Springfield location. In this role, she instructs, motivates, safeguards and assists patients with their therapeutic exercise programs. Her responsibilities also include greeting patients, obtaining authorizations and referrals, overseeing the clinic schedule and handling phone calls. Idialit lives in her home town of Springfield and is a volunteer with the New North Drop In Center. In her spare time she enjoys softball, shopping and activities with her son.
Laurel works as an Exercise Technician in the Springfield location. In this role, she instructs, motivates, safeguards and assists patients with their therapeutic exercise programs. Laurel is a licensed Athletic Trainer and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Lasell College. She is a resident of Holyoke; past volunteer endeavors include participation on the medical staff during the Boston Marathon. In her spare time she enjoys soccer.
Cassie is a graduate of Endicott College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Exercise Science. She has experience as a strength coach for athletes from elementary school through college. Prior to joining ProEx, Cassie trained athletes at Repertoire Fitness; she has interned with Merrimack College, Vikings Baseball Club and was a student physical education teacher at Hannah Elementary School in Beverly. Cassie lives in her hometown of Reading. She is an active volunteer at Windrush Farms in North Andover, assisting those with physical and intellectual challenges ride horses. In her spare time, she enjoys field hockey, running, hiking and the beach.
Joshua is a Certified Health and Fitness Specialist through Holyoke Community College and holds an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts. He is presently an honor student at American International College where he is pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy. Joshua lives in his hometown of Springfield. His volunteer efforts include participation in the AMR Worldwide CPR Challenge. In his spare time he enjoys karate, judo, mountain biking, running, kayaking and skateboarding.
