Our ProEx Physical Therapy Clinic in Haverhill, Ma. will have a name change as soon as the second Haverhill location in Dudley Plaza opens it's doors. Haverhill in Bradford Plaza will be refered to as the ProEx Physical Therapy Bradford Clinic. It is a 1,500 sq ft facility located in the Bradford Plaza next to Latitude Fitness. This clinic currently operates with two physical therapists, two exercise technicians and additional support staff.
Our convenient location in the Bradford Plaza allows us to serve the physical therapy and sports medicine needs of numerous towns and cities around Haverhill Massachusetts. We are located in Bradford Plaza on RT 125. Take EXIT 51 A-B east from 495 to Main St. Follow Main Street (Rt#125/110) to Haverhill. Cross the river. At the intersection of Main St. and Ferry St, make a hard Left on Ferry St. Entrance to the Bradford Plaza will be on the right.
Gino received his Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell in 2002 and went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Massachusetts-Lowell in 2005. After joining the ProEx Physical Therapy in 2007, Gino has served as the clinic manager of the Epping, NH office since 2008. He has since completed a one-year post-graduate residency program focusing on advanced orthopedic manual skills in 2008. He has been certified by Workwell Systems, Inc. to conduct functional capacity evaluations and implement work conditioning programs for injured workers. Gino is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and was invited to present his research at their annual conference in 2005. He continues to actively progress his professional training through continuing education courses, including the ProEducation Series.
Karen earned her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College of Rochester NY in 2003. Karen has since completed a two-year post-graduate residency program through the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy focusing on advanced orthopedic manual skills and in 2009 became a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAMOPT). In 2005 Karen joined ProEx and in 2010 became a Clinic Director. She has overseen the opening of four ProEx offices, most recently the new Billerica MA location which she now calls home. Karen utilizes a combination of manual therapy, exercise and education with each patient to get her patients moving in the right direction.
Matt works as a staff Physical Therapist, working from both the Amesbury and Haverhill locations. Matt received a Bachelor of Science degree from Merrimack College and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS). A resident of Methuen, Matt enjoys hockey, snowboarding, exercise, softball and listening to music in his spare time.
Nicole graduated from Northeastern University with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2006. She then completed a 2 year residency program in Orthopedic Manual Therapy in 2009. Nicole has worked at ProEx since 2001 and firmly believes in the philosophy of treatment here that encompasses manual and exercise therapy as well as a holistic approach to betterment of the whole body through overall wellness techniques. Nicole enjoys teaching and mentoring both students of physical therapy and colleagues in the areas of spine treatment and graded exercise therapy. She is the Center Coordinator of Clinical Education (CCCE) for the organization which allows her to supervise and organize all collegiate students that intern here at ProEx. She is also a teaching assistant and mentor for ProEx’s Advanced Clinical Education Program. Nicole has been certified by WorkWell systems to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations and has extensive experience in work injury management. She continues her education through the ProEducation Series as well as outside courses throughout the year. Nicole is a member of the APTA.
Tyler works as a physical therapist assistant in the Haverhill. In this role, he provides therapeutic treatments and home exercise programs for patients. Tyler’s experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant spans more than eight years; prior to joining ProEx he held the post at Physical Therapy of Woburn and previously with North South Physical Therapy. He holds an Associate’s degree from North Shore Community College and is certified in Strength and Conditioning. Tyler resides in Salem where in his spare time he enjoys all outdoor activities, including hiking, skiing, kayaking, golfing and softball.
David is an exercise technician at the Haverhill location. In this role, he instructs, motivates, safeguards and assists patients with their therapeutic exercise programs. David, who graduated from the University of Southern Maine, has an extensive background in the sports industry. He was a Major League Strength Coach for the Boston Red Sox from 2006 to 2011 and served in the same capacity with the Arizona Diamondbacks from 1999 – 2005. Previously, he was a Minor League Strength Coach with the Florida Marlins. David was honored as the Major League Baseball Strength Coach of the Year in 2007. In 2010, he presented “Incorporating Fitness Into Your Baseball Practice” at the World Baseball Coaches Convention. Originally from Fairfield, Maine, he now lives in Methuen with his wife Lori and their two sons.
Cameron is from Lowell, Massachusetts and works as an Exercise Technician in the Haverhill location. In this role, Cameron instructs, motivates, safeguards and assists patients with their therapeutic exercise programs. She has a degree in Massage Therapy from Massachusetts Bay Community College and is currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Physiology from UMASS-Lowell. Cameron interned at Norwood Physical Therapy and practiced Massage Therapy at The Spa at Jaie 3 in Medfield. She is an active volunteer with the Club of UMASS Lowell, specifically with the program e-NABLE where she participates in creating 3-D printed prosthetic hands for children. In her spare time Bliss enjoys cooking and outdoor activities; she is presently training for a half marathon.
