Marketing Specialist

Portsmouth, NH or Long Island, NY

This position requires a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with a focus on creative services, communications, and digital programs. The Marketing Specialist should have basic digital marketing and graphic design skills, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate should also be able to manage projects from inception to completion, show flexibility by multitasking and shifting priorities when needed, and think proactively.

The role will be based out of one of our corporate offices – in Portsmouth, NH or Long Island, NY.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop ProEx-branded marketing collateral, including flyers, posters, banners, etc.
  • Develop and manage relationships with a variety of external vendors.
  • Maintain company website content to ensure pages are current, comprehensive and visually inviting. Update staff bios, location pages, and additional information as needed.
  • Develop, coordinate and post all social media content, with the goals of increasing engagement and enhancing ProEx’s online presence.
  • Analyze website and social media performance, provide regular updates, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate all ProEx community sponsorships and events, ensuring proper forms are completed and approved, and appropriate marketing material is available.
  • Track inventory of marketing materials, i.e. posters, banners, giveaways, etc. and reorder when necessary.
  • Manage the Strive Hub program by running monthly reports, sending out email campaigns and ensuring that critical information is distributed to appropriate parties in a timely manner. Suggest process improvement when necessary.
  • Coordinate all New England media opportunities.
  • Act as liaison and main point of contact between the ProEx staff and the marketing team.
  • Handle photography and video filming as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing, communications, or journalism.

 Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of team, depending on the nature of the project.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing systems and digital marketing platforms, such as Strive Hub, Constant Contact, and Hootsuite a plus.
  •  Photography and/or video experience a plus.
  • Copywriting and editing experience a plus.
  • Must have scheduling flexibility and availability to work some evenings and weekends for company events, etc. as needed.
  • The Marketing Specialist typically works in an office, but may be required to travel and/or work offsite, in New England and the Tri-State area, as job duties require. Must possess valid U.S. driver’s license, with access to vehicle. Overnight travel may sometimes be necessary.
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Must be able to operate a computer for most of the workday.
  • Must be able to transport event materials, lifting up to 30 lbs.

 

Business Relations Coordinator

Portsmouth, NH

The Business Relations Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to Identify, target, develop and maintain patient referrals for ProEx Physical Therapy.

Essential Functions:

  • The Business Relations Coordinator develops and executes business strategies to create and build referral sources.
  • Utilize independent decision making skills to determine which referral sources will result in building successful customer relationships for ProEx PT.
  • Develop business strategies including market review, physician skills and specialties, therapists skill and specializations and market clinical needs.
  • Work with the Customer Service Department to develop case studies, customer appreciation letters and interpret customer usage statistics.
  • Utilize realistic strategies, objectives, targets and measures as outlined by their directors.
  • Develop and complete reports including: daily documentation of visits, quarterly reports and presentations on various data reports needed to analyze initiatives.
  • Work with staff to develop activities/communication strategies to influence a positive community relationship with physicians, physical therapists, athletic trainers and other allied health care professionals. This includes identification of appropriate staff and scheduling Physical Therapists to shadow doctors as a part of the ProPT shadowing program. A Customer Relations Specialist Coordinator utilizes their independent judgement and discretion to determine which PTs shadow which doctor.
  • Ensures a positive client/patient relationship.
  • Ensures positive cross departmental communications.
  • Promote continuous communication between the organization and client groups to insure clear understanding between ProEx and the client’s needs.
  • Participate in facility openings.
  • Represent the company in corporate events, industrial meets, trade shows and conferences.
  • Meets regularly with referring physicians in order to keep the lines of communication open. Minimum of 50 visits to “decision makers”. This includes the authority to make independent decisions regarding which referral sources to visit.
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by the Director of Business Relations

Qualifications:

  • Three years of experience within the allied healthcare field.
  • Allied Health Care Professional (ATC, PTA, CSCS) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous sales and marketing experience is preferred.
  •  Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Working knowledge of salesforce.com is a plus.
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be able to communicate well with patients, co-workers and the general public.

Working Conditions:

  • The Business Relations Coordinator primarily works in the field 90% of their work week where the may walk, sit or stand for long periods of time. The remaining time may be spent in an office environment where he or she may sit while completing daily documentation. Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling and balancing may also be required.
  • The Business Relations Coordinator may be required to lift and carry objects weighing between 10 – 20 pounds frequently.
  • Must be able to travel as job duties require.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required.

Collections Supervisor (Portsmouth, NH) 

Collectivity, a full-service billing, collections, and consulting agency for physical therapy practices nationwide, is growing its staff. We have an opportunity for a customer-oriented individual who is committed to meeting or exceeding the company’s standards for DSO, bad debt collection and cash goals. This is a working supervisor position, managing individual accounts as well as supervising a team of Accounts Receivable Specialists. Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Call on outstanding accounts for collection and recommend action on problem accounts
  • Establish payment plans with patients unable to pay outstanding balance in full
  • Responsible for denial management and resolution
  • Reconcile patient accounts as required and make adjustments as needed for proper billing and collection

Accounts Receivable Specialist (Portsmouth, NH)
